Earlier this summer, Xeresa dropped their new self-titled 12 track LP, an ambitious project led by Nicolas Pierre Wardel, who does vocals, bass, guitars and programming, with contributions by Tom Lugo’s and Chris Webber’s on guitar, and featuring vocals by Dani Mari, Claudi Verdecia (New Greed) and Demi Haynes (Seashine). Brighton’s (UK) bevy plays indie-pop electronica with some obvious shoegaze hints that are often arranged in a minimal approach–a gentle sense of urban music. This fall, Xeresa released the new Reality video featuring vocals and also directed by Dani Mari. Beautiful, ethereal, and a little nostalgic voice by the multi-genre music producer and visual artist. Reality is a mid-tempo gem which includes spacey sounds and cinematic strings and a quite dreamy tendency all over it.
So, if you are moved by the hi-tech sounds and visuals of the song you may let them attract you into their musical atmosphere inspired by classical minimalist composers, Steve Reich or Slowdive.
Keep Up With Xeresa
